Video and phone sessions for Oregon residents
Thanks to advancements in secure video technology, I am now able to offer teletherapy sessions to Oregon residents. Whether you live in Portland, Eugene, Medford, Bend, Salem, or in a rural area throughout the state, you and I can hold therapy sessions via video or telephone. Video sessions are easy to set up, and just require an internet connection and a phone, tablet, or computer. For those without a reliable internet connection, phone sessions are also available.

Teletherapy has become an essential tool to access mental health support in today's world. Remote sessions can also increase accessibility for those who have limited mobility, parents caring for young children, or those who prefer to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own homes.

Although teletherapy works well for many people, it may not work for everyone, and is not recommended for the treatment of certain conditions. Please contact me to schedule a free, 20-minute consultation so we can determine if video or phone sessions would be appropriate for you.
At this time, teletherapy is only available to residents of Oregon, including but not limited to the following cities and counties: Portland, Beaverton, Salem, Eugene, Medford, Ashland, Bend, Redmond, Prineville, Klamath Falls, Hood River, The Dalles, Burns, Multnomah County, Washington County Clackamas County, Jackson County, Deschutes County, Lane County, Marion County, and more.
