Individual Therapy

Therapy is a confidential, supportive relationship with a trusted professional. When we first meet, I will listen to your concerns and desires, and together we will create goals for our work together. My intention is to empower you to know yourself and to make choices that you can feel good about, even after our therapy is complete.
