As an adjunct to individual or group therapy, or as a standalone treatment, I offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT). KAT is a legal psychedelic therapy that has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms in qualified patients, and may provide you an opportunity to catalyze growth through gaining new perspective, releasing emotions, and having a new experience of self. KAT is held in a quiet, supportive, structured and spacious atmosphere that supports profound introspection.

KAT is usually offered as a series of three to six 3-hour sessions, held once a week or once every two weeks. You will have a required medical consultation and intake, as well as multiple preparation sessions before your treatment. Throughout the series, you and I will have integration sessions in between journeys so you can make the most of your experiences and apply the insights and perspectives you receive to your daily life.. Your treatment will be coordinated in partnership with a medical prescriber who will screen you for contraindications and help you determine your appropriate dosage.

I receive ongoing training and consultation in KAT from Polaris Insight Center in San Francisco, CA, and have taken KAP and other psychedelic therapy coursework and facilitation training from:

• Weaving Bridges Natural Fellowship (An Oregon licensed psilocybin facilitator program)

• Psychedelic Support

• Lewis and Clark College

 

In addition to my training as a psychedelic therapist, I bring over 16 years of experience as a participant in and cofacilitator of legal entheogenic ceremonies in the United States and abroad. I bring to this work a deep respect for nonordinary states of consciousness and psychedelic medicines, as well as an embodied awareness of the potential benefits and risks of psychedelic therapies.
